      Credibility requires simple and efficient communication. Avoid abusing acronyms, technicalities and difficult, or even impossible, words to understand for customers. The use of these words creates barriers and prevents you from connecting with your client. The goal of wanting to impress your client may be impaired with affected credibility. Remember that the client is more receptive to more direct communication. In order to enhance the attraction to your business, you must count on a good animated video. Also, I prefer to create a Wikipedia page for my business if I really want to get renowned all over the world. What do you think about that?
