      There is now a completely unrelated issue with the book that has made it unavailable again. I am again very sorry for the delays — Amazon has told me the issue should be resolved within 24 hours — I will post updates here as I get them.

      Just a quick update — Amazon has let me know that the issue has been resolved. The Trainer should be made available again on Amazon some time today – I will update when that happens.
