Diagram Clarification

      LSAT Trainer, 2015 Edition. On page 200, the scenario describes that there are three shelves. A top, middle, and bottom. Am I correct in assuming that the diagram on the left should not have been thought of as a usable option period, because it lacks a middle shelf?

      There’s a middle shelf in the diagram on the left; it just doesn’t have any books on it.
