There are virtually no differences between the two versions, and if you have the 2015 there is no need to get the 2016.
In terms of making sure you get the newest version, the Trainer is a print-on-demand book, so there will always only be one edition for sale, and as long as you buy it new from Amazon you are assured of getting the latest version of the book — cheers — Mike
